Dr. Younes Roumiani holds a Ph. D. in Educational Management from the University of Tehran. His professional and executive background includes 10 years of consulting experience in industry and society, 8 years of executive experience in the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in the field of management and planning, and 10 years of teaching experience in universities and higher education institutions. Governance of education and higher education, human resource management, talent management, human resource governance, organizational compatibilities, assessment and development centers, and educational management are his most important areas of study and research. Dr. Roumiani has also authored publications, conducted workshops, implemented applied projects, and provided specialized consulting services to public and private organizations. Currently, he has numerous articles in reputable international (WOS) and national journals in his field of expertise.
