Dr. Reza Omidifar is a PhD graduate in Educational Management from Urmia University who defended his thesis on the topic of examining the level of inequality and ranking of public universities in Tehran and presenting its planning model and strategies in order to achieve sustainable educational development with a high ranking. His field of study is higher education governance, education governance, education and sustainable development. During his tenure as Executive Vice President, he participated in the establishment of the Faculty of Governance. He also held the positions of Vice President for Recruitment and General Qualifications of Faculty Members at the University of Tehran, Administrative Director of the Iranian Institute of Philosophy and Wisdom, Advisor to the President of the Science and Technology Park at the University of Tehran, and Advisor to the Central Library and Documentation Center at the University of Tehran.
