Dr. Ebrahim Mazari is a PhD student in Higher Education Management at the University of Tehran. He is a nationally recognized researcher and holds the second national rank in the public education system. The topic of his doctoral and postdoctoral dissertation is the self-development of academic leaders based on cognitive science and neuroscience. His field of study is educational governance (higher education, public education, organizational education, and citizenship education), human resource governance, and neurocognitive governance. He has been a leading author and researcher in the public education system for five years and has more than 18 book volumes. In addition, he has written more than 50 national and international scientific articles and has been the main executor and collaborator in more than 23 research projects. Dr. Mazari has organized more than 100 specialized workshops in organizations and cooperates with national, local, and regional organizations as an organizational consultant in the field of human resource management, especially development and improvement. His work also includes judging and evaluating national and international festivals, including the Farabi Festival, judging academic journals, guiding, consulting, and judging student theses, and designing employment and assessment questions. Among his works are the books Human Resources Development, Self-Development of Organizational Leaders, and Self-Development of Academic Leaders, which has recently been continued with the book Self-Development: A Practical Guide to Developing Managers and Leaders.
