Dr. Fatemeh Zeynodini
Dr. Fatemeh Zeynodini is a Ph.D. graduate in Law from University of Montreal, Canada. After earning her Bachelor's in Law and Master's degrees in Human Rights from the Faculty of Law, University of Tehran, she received her second Master's degree in International Business Law from University of Montreal. Her PhD thesis focused on family law from a comparative legal perspective. Upon returning to Iran, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Family Research Institute, Shahid Beheshti University's supported by a postdoctoral award from the Iranian National Elites Foundation. Continuing her research and teaching in the fields of family law and women's rights, Dr. Zeynodini has published several scientific articles in this field. Her successful participation in the National Elites Foundation's Young Faculty Members Program led her to start her academic career as a faculty member in the Family Governance Department at the Faculty of Governance, University of Tehran. Her research interests include socio-cultural governance, family-centered governance, women's and family rights, and governance and law. Dr. Zeynodini has participated in multiple international conferences on family law and engaged in international study opportunities, including a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for private and comparative law in Hamburg, Germany, staying her at the edge of the latest developments in family law and related issues.
