Introduce:

Dr. Seyed Mostafa Jalili, a Ph.D. graduate in Public Administration with a specialization in Decision Making and Public Policy Making from Allameh Tabataba'i University, successfully defended his dissertation titled "Designing a Policy Network against Network Corruption in Metropolitan Management" in 2021 with an excellent grade. This dissertation, which merges urban management studies with public policy studies, received support from the Tehran Urban Planning and Research Center. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Land and Security, focusing on "Urban Management," "Local Governance," "Urban Policy Making," "Local Politics," and "Governance Theories." He has authored two specialized books and ten scientific and research articles in these areas. His works include a book on "A Critical Perspective on Urban Governance Models" and another on "The Visible and Hidden of Managing Tehran's Comprehensive Plan." Additionally, he has years of experience working with the Tehran City Council and Tehran Municipality.
