Dr. Fatemeh Ordoo is an accomplished assistant professor at the University of Tehran's Faculty of Governance. With a master's degree in Professional Ethics and a doctorate in Higher Education Management, she possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in her field. Her research interests cover a broad range of topics, including governance in higher education, organizational culture, and human resources flourishing. Additionally, she has expertise in designing professional competence measurement scales, electronic learning, and cognitive science. Dr. Ordoo is also a dedicated educator, teaching a variety of courses at both the master's and Ph.D. levels. Her course subjects include Philosophy of Higher Education Governance, Islamic Governance, Principles and Basics of Curriculum, Research Methods in Behavioral Sciences, Advance Research Methods and Policy Evaluation in Higher Education Governance, and Advanced Inferential Statistics.
