Dr. Ebrahim Mazari

Dr. Ebrahim Mazari, a Ph.D. graduate in Higher Education Management from the University of Tehran, is a distinguished researcher nationally recognized with a second-place award in the country's general education system. His doctoral and postdoctoral research focused on the self-development of university leaders based on cognitive sciences and neuroscience. His study areas encompass governance in education (including higher education, general education, organizational education, and civic education), human resource governance, and neuro-cognitive governance. Dr. Mazari has been recognized as a top author and researcher in the general education system for five years, with over 18 published books. Additionally, his record includes authoring more than 50 national and international scientific articles and participating as a principal investigator and collaborator in more than 23 research projects. He has conducted over 100 specialized workshops for organizations and collaborated as an organizational consultant in human resource management, particularly focusing on development and improvement with national, local, and regional organizations. His experience also includes judging and evaluating national and international festivals such as the Farabi Festival, reviewing academic journals, guiding, consulting, and evaluating student theses, and designing recruitment and assessment questions. Among his works are books on human resource development, self-development of organizational leaders, and self-development of university leaders, recently continued with the book "Self-Development; A Practical Guide for Managers and Leaders."
