Dr. Hossein Imani
Dr. Hossein Imani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Development and Sustainability Governance at the Faculty of Governance, University of Tehran. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration with a focus on development from the University of Tehran's School of Management. His doctoral thesis, titled "Designing a Human Resource Management Model to prevent administrative corruption," was defended with an excellent grade and selected as the best thesis at the Second National Conference on Human Resource Management at the University of Tehran. Currently, he teaches courses such as "Philosophical Foundations of Governance Theories," "Theories of Public Administration," and "Advanced Theories of Organization and Management." His research interests include "Environmental Education," "Sustainable Development," and "Administrative Ethics." Among his publications are books titled "Organizational Behavior Management; Individual, Group, and Organizational Levels," "Advanced Organizational Behavior Management," and "Change, Development, and Transformation Management" published by SAMT, as well as "Professional Ethics, the Process of Developing Ethical Codes in Organizations" by Qalam-e-Novin publishers. He is also the translator of "Classics of Public Administration" published by SAMT.
