Dr. Afsaneh Dehghanpour Farashah

Dr. Afsaneh Dehghanpour Farashah is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Governance at the University of Tehran.  She is a Ph.D. graduate in Public Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Tehran's School of Management. Her primary research and teaching areas include "Assessment and Development Centers", "Designing Competency Assessment Tools ", "Human Resource Development", "Organizational Culture", "Professional Ethics", "Policy Making and Policy Evaluation", "Advanced Organizational Behavior Management", "Strategic Management and Future Studies", "Governance and Future", and "Leadership". She has authored dozens of articles and books in these areas. One of her notable works is the book "An Introduction to Authentic Assessment Centers". Her experience includes conducting dozens of training courses and workshops for organizations, serving as the scientific secretary for the policy-making committee of assessment and development centers at the "National Conference on Governance Excellence in the Light of the Transformation of Assessment and Development Centers," serving as the scientific secretary for the public governance committee at the "National Conference on Knowledge-Based Governance; Territorial Governance", reviewing articles for various journals, teaching undergraduate, master's, and doctoral courses at the University of Tehran, and advising, consulting, and judging theses. Also, she is manager of the Governance Assessment and Development Center at University of Tehran.
