Dr. Fatemeh Zeinaldini holds a PhD in Law from the University of Montreal, Canada. After receiving her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Human Rights from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tehran, she received her second Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal in the field of International Trade Law and during her PhD at the same university, she studied the family system from the perspective of comparative law. After returning to Iran, she received a postdoctoral award from the National Elite Foundation and succeeded in completing a postdoctoral course at the Family Research Institute of Shahid Beheshti University. By continuing her research and teaching in the field of family and women's law, she succeeded in writing numerous domestic and international scientific articles and, after being successful in the National Elite Foundation's Young Assistant Professors' Project, she began her scientific activity as a faculty member in the Department of Family Governance at the Faculty of Governance of the University of Tehran. Her areas of study and research include socio-cultural governance, family-centered governance, women's and family rights, and governance and law. By participating in numerous international conferences in the field of family and completing international study courses, such as a study opportunity at the Max Planck Research Institute in Germany, he has exposed himself to the latest developments in the field of family law and related issues.
