Dr. Fatemeh Ordo
Dr. Fatemeh Ordoo holds a Ph. D. in Higher Education Management from the University of Tehran. In 2021, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation, entitled "Designing a Merit-Based Organizational Culture Model in Universities, " earning the highest distinction. Her Master's thesis, which focused on "The Status of Professional Ethics of Faculty Members from the Perspective of Graduate Students, " also received the highest distinction. Her research interests include "Governance in Higher Education, " "Family-Centered Governance, " "Organizational Culture, " "Human Resource Flourishing, " "Professional Ethics, " "Designing Scales for Assessing Professional Competencies, " "E-Learning, " and "Cognitive Sciences. " Dr. Fatemeh Ordoo is an Assistant Professor in the Higher Education Governance Department at the Faculty of Governance, University of Tehran. Currently, she teaches courses such as "Philosophy of Higher Education Governance, " "Islamic Governance, " "Principles and Foundations of Curriculum, " "Research Methods in Behavioral Sciences, " and "Advanced Inferential Statistics" at the Master's and Doctoral levels within the Faculty of Governance, as well as undergraduate courses in other faculties.
