Dr. Seyed Mostafa Jalili graduated from Allameh Tabatabaei University with a degree in public administration, majoring in decision-making and policy-making. His thesis, which is a combination of urban management studies and public policy studies, was titled “Designing a Policy Network to Combat Network Corruption in Metropolitan Management” and was defended with honors in 1400. This thesis was also supported by the Tehran City Studies and Planning Center. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Land Governance and Security, and his areas of study are “Urban Management”, “Local Governance”, “Urban Policy-Making”, “Local Politics”, and “Governance Theories”. He has authored two specialized books and ten scientific and research articles in this field. Among his works are the authored book “A Critical Approach to the Dominant Models of Urban Governance” and the authored book “The Hidden and Revealed Management of the Comprehensive Plan of Tehran”. In the field of performance, he has also worked for many years in the Islamic Council of Tehran and the Tehran Municipality.
